Hi, I'm Guy — The Pen Guy. I run a small UK-based business creating and selling handmade pens, available to purchase via www.thepenguy.co.uk.

2. Products

Every pen I sell is handcrafted and one of a kind. That means:

  • The pen you see is the exact pen you’ll receive.

  • Most pens are already made and ready to go, unless you're ordering a custom piece.

  • Small imperfections are part of what makes each pen unique and handmade.

  • Some pens are available as either a fountain pen or rollerball — just check the listing.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).

  • Payments are securely processed via PayPal, Google Pay, and Wix Payments.

  • Your order is confirmed once full payment has been received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • I usually ship within 1–2 working days — and often within just a few hours.

  • UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

  • International shipping is available too; delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

5. Custom Orders

If you’re ordering a custom-made pen, I’ll make it just the way you want it. Because it’s made to order, I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless something’s gone wrong (e.g., it arrives faulty).

6. Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind before your order ships? That’s absolutely fine (as long as it’s not a custom piece).
For returns:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Return postage costs are your responsibility.

To start a return, email me at thepenguyuk@gmail.com.
Once I’ve received and checked the returned pen, I’ll process your refund.

7. Faulty Items

If your pen arrives damaged or faulty, I want to make it right.
Please:

  • Contact me within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include clear photos showing the issue.

I’ll either repair it, replace it, or issue a refund depending on what’s most appropriate.

8. Fraud & Chargebacks

All orders are verified for fraud prevention.

If a chargeback is filed after goods are delivered without valid reason:

  • This will be treated as potential fraud.

  • It may be reported to Action Fraud UK and the police.

  • I reserve the right to recover goods or take legal action if necessary.

Using false names or stolen payment information will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All product photos, designs, names, and content on this website belong to The Pen Guy. Please don’t copy, use, or reproduce them without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal matters will be handled by UK courts.
