Postage Information

Every pen is carefully packaged in a padded air-bubble envelope to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. It also comes with a velvet sleeve for added protection and a touch of elegance. If you’re looking for something extra special, other high-quality boxes are available for purchase separately.

 

UK / Domestic Shipping

Due to ongoing increases in Royal Mail prices, I now offer two UK delivery options at checkout, so you can choose what suits you best.

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – typically delivered in 1–2 working days. The cost is £4.30. It’s fast, reliable, and fully tracked.

• Evri Tracked – a more cost-effective alternative, also fully tracked, with delivery typically taking 2–4 working days.

Both options are carefully handled and tracked to ensure your pen reaches you safely.

 

International Shipping

For orders outside the UK, I use Royal Mail’s International Signed and Tracked service. Delivery usually takes 5–12 working days and includes full tracking, insurance, and a signature on delivery for peace of mind. The cost for this service is £8.99.

 

Lost or Missing Items

Occasionally, despite my best efforts, delays can happen. If your order seems late, it’s worth checking with your local delivery office—it’s possible they’ve already attempted delivery but couldn’t leave the parcel.

If your order still hasn’t arrived after 10 days, please contact me via the Feedback page. I’ll follow up with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. If necessary, I’ll provide a full refund, including any delivery charges, via your original payment method.
