Maker’s Story
This pair started with a simple challenge — make something that doesn’t look like every other pen.
The flat ends came first, stripping away the usual curves and forcing a more deliberate, engineered shape. Brass followed naturally — adding strength, weight, and a slightly industrial edge.
But it needed balance. Purpleheart brought that in — rich, warm, and full of life, like embers glowing beneath the surface.
 
The result is a pair that works together but doesn’t blend in — practical enough for daily use, but different enough to get noticed.
