The Arrow pen is solid and robust, weighty and firm. It writes like a dream and won't let you down.

The tri-coloured black Union Flag emblem for UK emergency services originated after the 7 July 2005 London bombings. The bombings were coordinated terrorist attacks that killed 52 people and injured over 700. In the wake of the attacks, there was a renewed sense of urgency to improve communication and coordination between emergency services.

In 2006, the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) launched a project to create a new symbol representing the unity of emergency services. The project was led by Assistant Chief Constable Andy Trotter, who is credited with developing the tri-coloured black Union Flag design.
The tri-colours represent the three emergency services: blue for the police, red for the fire service, and green for the ambulance service. The black background represents the seriousness of the emergency services work.

The emblem was first used in 2007 and has since become a widely recognised symbol of the UK emergency services. It is often seen on uniforms, vehicles, and other equipment.

The tri-coloured black Union Flag emblem is a powerful symbol of unity and solidarity. It reminds us that emergency services protect us, no matter what.

Each pen comes elegantly packaged in a tied velvet pouch and a thoughtfully crafted recycled cardboard presentation box, adding an extra touch of sophistication to the perfect gift for your automobile-loving friend.
